The Basin

In the heart of Huntsville and the Ogden Valley, Snow Basin Resort is one of the oldest continuously operating ski resorts in North America. For many years, it was known as a “locals only” resort until the 2002 Winter Olympics, which showcased it for the Downhill Combined and Super G races and opened it up to the world. Between classes at Weber State University and working at the Ogden Park Hotel, I had time to ski several times a week, which rejuvenated my soul before a long shift.

This candle features a captivating blend of fresh evergreen and fruity scents. It opens with cooling camphor and a hint of citrus, creating a complex winter aroma. The middle notes of deep red berries balance out the woody scents of pine and juniper. Additionally, the fresh evergreen elements are enhanced by the essential oils of eucalyptus, fir needles, and cedar leaves.
